FREE 1-2 day tracked delivery on every UK order

Every UK order is sent free with Royal Mail Tracked 24, which usually arrives within 1-2 working days of dispatch. There is no minimum spend and nothing to choose at checkout.

• Dispatch: orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.
• Tracking: you'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
• Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands: please allow an extra 1-2 days.

Hassle-Free Returns!

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and that's why we want to make our returns and refunds process as easy and convenient for you as possible.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@NaturalHealthWorld.co.uk or call our office at 01483 203925 to obtain a returns address. We can only accept returned items that are unopened, unused, and in a saleable condition, so please make sure the item meets these criteria. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend using a tracked or signed-for service with adequate insurance to cover the contents of the package, as we are unable to offer refunds for items that go missing in the post. Don't forget to include a copy of your original invoice and your returns number with your documentation.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The easiest and quickest method to make sure you get what you want is to first return the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

Refunds

If you decide to return your purchase after delivery, you have 30 days to do so for a full refund, provided the item is in an unopened, unused, and saleable condition. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
