Good quality manuka honey. However, same size was £23.49 not too long ago when I bought this. It is unfortunately not worth the current price and not competitive either. So I am going to buy from some place else. Even if it was 1kg, it would be too expensive for over 60 quid.

You're right that our prices were lower not too long ago, and we kept them frozen for as long as we possibly could because we genuinely wanted to keep our honey as accessible as possible for our customers. Unfortunately, with the rising costs of sourcing and importing high quality Manuka honey all the way from New Zealand, we reached a point where we had no choice but to make an adjustment to continue being able to offer it at all. We're truly sorry that this has come as such a shock and we take full responsibility for not communicating that change better.
Before you go, we'd love to recommend our KFactor 12 Manuka Honey as a more affordable alternative. It's still completely raw and unpasteurised, meets the full KFactor promise, and represents incredible value for a genuine New Zealand Manuka honey. Queen Bee Manuka honey. Firstly, delivery and communication was very efficient, would purchase from this retailer again. However, the consistency of the Queen bee Manuka honey was very grainy and extremely solid in texture. I have purchased dozens of these jars from alternative retailers and have come across this in the past with several purchases. These were mainly from older orders with recent purchases in new packaging having a much smoother, more pleasant texture. Can only assume this batch is from older stock but still very much within sell by date. I understand it’s difficult for any retailer to know exactly the contents of the jar so hopefully this will be an informative review.
Really difficult to open the container which I found bulky compared to others I have had

We’ve recently identified that some pots from this batch have much stiffer lids than they should, and we are removing any affected pots as we find them. We’re also checking lids before dispatch to make sure only pots that open correctly are being sent out, while of course keeping the foil seal intact.
We appreciate you taking the time to mention the pot size as well. Your feedback is really helpful, and we’ve raised the lid issue with the manufacturer so it can be properly reviewed and prevented going forward.
