The container lid is extremely difficult to open

The container lid is extremely difficult to open had to use a screwdriver to prize it open
The bottle you used before was perfect

Thank you again for raising this with us. We’ve now checked a number of pots here in our office and found that while most open easily, we did find one that was noticeably harder to open. It does look like there may be a small number of lids that have been fitted a little too tightly.

We’ve already raised this with our manufacturer so they can investigate and make sure this is corrected going forward. Thank you for bringing it to our attention — feedback like this really helps us spot and resolve issues quickly.

AN ALTERNATIVE MANUKA HONEY DROP TO TRY.

I ORDERED SOME OF THE GINGER MANUKA HONEY DROPS JUST TO TRY SO I COULD HAVE ANOTHER CHOICE ALONG WITH THE HONEY LEMON DROPS,WHICH I HAD PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED
THE GINGER FLAVOUR WITH THAT LITTLE KICK OF HEAT WAS LESS SWEET THAN MY USUAL LEMON DROPS BUT CERTAINLY WAS NOT OVERPOWERING AND I WOULD IMAGINE THEY WOULD FEEL VERY COMFORTING IF YOU HAD A SORE THROAT OR HEAVY WINTER COLD.I FOUND THEM HELPFUL WITH MY SEASONAL ALLERGIES COUGH SO WOULD DEFINITELY ORDER THEM AGAIN .

The second winter I have used this excellent product .a perfect blend of powerful natural products .including the star of all propolis ..l always have a bottle in the cupboard .or l try to ,as l share it with others who have given up on chemical mixtures and anti biotics .l have to take care of myself as l am allergic to antibiotics and would be hospitalised for anything life threatening .l am 83 and remember when a visit to the dr was a serious business .modern meds weren’t available we were forced to make do .whilst l welcome the advances in medicine for me it should be used with respect .there isn’t a pill for everything but Mother Nature is bountiful again used with respect the old and the new work well together .

Taste different

I can taste a HUGE difference between this and store bought honeys, the texture is very nice and the flavor is beautiful.
When i took my first spoonful it took care of my sore throat very quickly.

Iv just ordered more and I only take one spoonful a day and its very good at keeping me well and keeping sore throats and sickness away.

Before I ordered here I bought on Melora and didn't realise at first they had an expiration period of 2 weeks which meant it was jarred up possibly 4 years previous.

ManukaHoneyDirect.co.uk have like 4 to 5 years expiration periods and there 400 MGO is perfect for what I need 5 Stars all the way

I would never buy my honey from anywhere else

I have been taking Manuka honey supplied by Manuka Honey Direct for many years. My immune system and general health have benefitted in many ways. I very rarely get a cold, my general health is excellent In fact instead of 83 I feel more like my 60's. I take a spoonful everyday or add it to my cereal. I wouldn't dream of mmissing a day. I worked up until I was 79 and drove a car. I maintained a large garden and a 3 bedroomed house. Of course I have re-tired now and live in a flat but still like to be independant and active. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly nothing is to much trouble . �Delivery is speedy and the honey well packed. I would never buy my honey from anywhere else as I know I am gettig the best.�
